Professional assistance with reception planning

* Planning a wedding reception can be a very  stressful task.  We offer a complete reception planning guide to make things easy for you.  (There are many little "details" that tend to get overlooked.  I cover all these with you).

* You may contact us at any point leading up to the wedding day if you have questions or concerns.  All your questions are happily answered, and I can advise you to the best of my ability based on years of doing modern and traditional wedding receptions.

* Written contract detailing all the important particulars of the reception

* Dressed for success.  We guarantee to show up professionally groomed, dressed in formalwear (or proper attire to fit your event) 

* FREE CD featuring the songs you requested for your special dances at the reception, with your photos right on the disc!

*You choose the events YOU want at your reception, and we simply follow the script!  
     -For example:  Do you want a formal entrance, or a high energy, booming entrance with a "sporting event" feel to it that will have your guests cheering everyone's entrance?  That's just one of the many options we offer you so you can customize YOUR wedding the way YOU want it!

 

Need music at your ceremony?

* Not having a church wedding ceremony?  Are you getting married outdoors?  We can provide a separate sound system at your ceremony and play all music selections as the guests are being seated, to the moment you walk down the aisle, and the recessional, all at a fraction of the cost of hiring a soloist and choir.  Ask for details.
